Even the most well specified course content will be useless if not delivered in a pragmatic and articulate manner. At modulus we pride ourselves in making sure your course lecturer is well seasoned with a solid hands on background in their given field of expertise. Many of the public course providers are still using trainers that have only a little more experience than the delegates attending the courses. A modulus course is a learning experience and provides the delegates with a chance to question a well respected practitioner, bounce views and ideas. After all you staff are only attending a course for one reason, education.

Modulus lecturers will make the experience enjoyable, they will provide delegates with real world examples and aim to inspire.



Modulus Courseware

Modulus courseware is concise and provides well documented building blocks. The examples are designed to reflect real world issues and the case studies are challenging. Depending on the course you are attending you will receive notes consisting of 90-120 pages for a one day course, up to 480 for a full five day program. Along with the courseware delegates receive an additional well selected text book plus a cd containing all exercises, examples and additional resources.



Modulus Global Delivery

The world is an ever changing place. Businesses are spreading their wings more and products are being developed for new markets. Modulus provide a true global presence from our four centres around the world. We treat a global project in the same manor as a uk project but with the benefit of having our own local in-house or well trusted third party facilities. Modulus has the local knowledge that makes a big difference and where possible can provide course notes and delivery in the course delivery in the local language.

Our skilled training consultants are technical and are global jet setter acting as an extension of your internal management structure. They are happy to work in partnership with our customers attending planning and roll out meetings with your localised department heads. Be it in Tokyo Monday, New York Wednesday and Barcelona Friday. We go more than the extra mile to ensure a well structured and implemented program.

Modulus Bespoke

A bespoke program is an iterative experience. First looking at the project need / problem or the skills gap. Content is then presented as a discussion point before a final course outline is drafted. This is then remodeled to reflect building blocks, pace and course flow as a final tailored outlines.

Many companies who generally deliver standard courses as a mainstream offering state they can provide a bespoke option. In our clients experience before they have come to modulus, this has generally ended up being a few modules deleted from a five day course.


Need Something Else?

We all need a basis to start from and Modulus is no different from this model. We have over 180 courses that have been written in-house or with third parties. This we class as our initial palette, as we have developed over 90% of the material in a format which is highly portable and specifically designed for modular course development.

We expect that our clients are always going to want something different, so with this in mind we have a clean slate waiting for each and every enquiry. In most instances we will still be able to use 80% of our existing material but are happy to rewrite a completely fresh course if required.
