Even the most well specified course content will be useless if not delivered in a pragmatic and articulate manner. At modulus we pride ourselves in making sure your course lecturer is well seasoned with a solid hands on background in their given field of expertise. Many of the public course providers are still using trainers that have only a little more experience than the delegates attending the courses. A modulus course is a learning experience and provides the delegates with a chance to question a well respected practitioner, bounce views and ideas. After all you staff are only attending a course for one reason, education.

On or Off Site Resource

Every project or requirement is different and has a unique set of needs. Although the underlining fundamental problems are generally similar.

Most companies assume that the option of consultancy is an expensive route that will change the direction of their project. This is certainly not the case. In most instances the client needs a technical resource to be available to bounce ideas off or to just simply make sure they are on the right track.

We find that the biggest proportion of our consultancy work is gleaned following a training course. The training gives the delegates the knowledge they many need for a particular project but cannot provide them with instant experience. This is when we are generally called for the lecturer to go on-site to absorb the finalities of the project and plan the level of assistance. This can range from actual on-site involvement or off site feedback and review, where for example we may be checking Use Case diagrams against the outline specification.
